Advertising opportunity for Toledo area landlords

The Toledo Free Press will begin publishing a weekly apartment guide July 15. Listings will include an exterior full-color picture of your apartment building as well as standard information such as address, rent price range and amenities offered.

The recurring insert is being produced by Noneman Real Estate, and if you contact them at 419-531-4020 prior to July 1, they'll include your property for FREE in all three Free Press editions scheduled in July.

Listings will then cost $39 a week for a small ad, and $69 a week for a large ad. Advertising contracts will month-to-month, so you'll have to pay for an entire month in advance. Deadlines for inclusion will be the 15th of the month prior to publication.
