On hiatus and expecting changes ... .

"The Editor" has been on hiatus! The company which spawned this blog is in the process of being dissolved, and the Editor is in the process of looking for a "real job!" Stay tuned.

Also, Blogger has asked me to switch to their "new" Blogger interface. I understand there have been transitional problems for other bloggers when attempting to switch. So if the Easy Rent Editor disappears for a few days, or looks wacky the next time you visit, suspect that I am in transition.

Last, there is one bit of news to report regarding a story we've been following here on the Easy Rent Editor: Gov. Ted Strickland, upon being sworn into office earlier this month, chose as one of his first acts to strike down the bill former Gov. Bob Taft signed into law which would have protected manufacturers of lead paint from lawsuits. There was some debate as to whether or not Strickland was actually allowed to do this, but the last I heard his decision stands.
