Considering a first-floor apartment?

Pro: Stomp Around as Much as You Want
First-floor apartments can be ideal for people with kids or pets, or for those who keep odd hours, because there is no one downstairs to complain about footsteps when they are trying to sleep or relax.

This perk to ground-floor living will allow you to be far less self-conscious of your every move than you'd be living above someone. This is no small factor to consider. First-floor living gives you more leeway in your everyday activities than any other floor in an apartment building.

Con: Neighbors Upstairs
